Operations Coordinator 

• Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
• Pay: £26,754 per year (pro rata, NJC Scale 4), plus
  • £20 additional pay for shifts starting at 05:00
  • £5 additional pay for shifts starting at 05:45

This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills and can manage staff, support pool plant operations, manage daily operations and facilities, and ensure high health & safety standards.

Lead Leisure Attendant

• Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
• Pay: £26,754 per year (pro rata, NJC Scale 4), plus
  • £20 additional pay for shifts starting at 05:00
  • £5 additional pay for shifts starting at 05:45

This role is ideal for someone who can support staff, lifeguard, manage pool plant operations, and ensure high health & safety standards.

Leisure Attendant – No Vacancies

• Hours: Multiple Available: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week), Part-Time (20 hrs/week), Weekend (16 hrs/month), Zero-Hour (flexible hours).
• Pay: £22,737 – £23,114 per year (pro rata, depending on experience)
  • £16 additional pay for shifts starting 05:00
  • £4 additional pay for shifts starting 05:45

This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver excellent customer service, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the daily running of the centre. A valid RLSS NPLQ is required.
