What’s Included in the Membership?
As a member of Birtley Community Pool, you get unlimited access to the following activities listed on our pool timetable:
- Adult Lane Swimming
- Public Swimming
- Family Swimming
- Walking in Water (in the improver pool)
Please note that Aquafit sessions and fun inflatable & water slide sessions are not included in the membership. However, members receive a discounted Aquafit price of £6 per session, or £54 for a block payment of 10 sessions.
If you attend a family swim session with family members who don’t have a Birtley Pool membership, they will need to pay for their swim.

How to Become a Member
Joining Birtley Community Pool is quick and easy. To sign up:
- Click on the link below to be directed to the Ashbourne Management website, where you can set up your membership.
- Provide your details, including bank account information for your direct debit.
- Pay for your first month with a debit or credit card.
- Once signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with membership information, and a membership card that you can collect from Birtley Community Pool reception.
